In the app
- Open BigPlug and tap your store name at the top of the money sheet to open Account.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your PIN.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email on your account, with the subject "Delete my BigPlug account". Include your store name and phone number. We will confirm it is you, then delete your account within 7 days.
What happens
- Your store goes offline straight away and store hosting stops. We don't charge you again.
- Orders that are already paid for are still delivered.
- Cash out your balance before you delete. Any balance left after open orders are done is paid to your payout account.
- Your name, phone number, email, store and group posts are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
What we keep
- Records of orders, payments, payouts and refunds, for up to 6 years, because the law requires financial records to be kept.
- Records needed to stop fraud, such as a blocked account's phone number.
