What groups are
Every plug is placed in a group with other plugs at the same level. Groups are for sharing tips, asking questions and keeping each other going. Our team posts updates and pins important messages in each group.
The rules
- Be respectful. Disagree without insults.
- No hate or harassment. No attacks on anyone's tribe, religion, gender, disability or background. No threats or bullying.
- No scams. Don't ask other plugs for money, loans, gifts or account details, and don't offer "investments".
- No sharing personal data. Don't post other people's phone numbers, addresses, photos or account details.
- No spam or off-platform links. Don't post links to other apps, stores, groups or schemes, and don't repeat the same message.
- No adult or illegal goods. Don't post or promote sexual content, drugs, weapons, fake goods or anything illegal.
- No fake earnings claims. Only share what you really made. Don't post edited screenshots.

How to report
- Tap ⋮ on the message, then Report.
- When a message gets 3 reports, it is hidden from the group until our team checks it.
What we do
- We review reported messages and remove the ones that break these rules.
- Each broken rule is a strike. Strikes lead to a mute, then removal from the group.
- Scams, threats and illegal goods can lead to removal and account closure straight away.
